ANNOUNCEMENTS
Warehouse Closure: 30th June to 6th July, 2010.
The orders department and warehouse in Narangba will stop processing orders and will be doing their stocktake from mid day 30th June. They will resume service again on Tuesday, 6th July.
ACC-M is currently negotiating with the Caboolture Clay Target Club to run a firearms safety certificate course along with coaching in the olympic sport of clay target shooting for students 11 years old and older. We are thinking of holding the sessions on Friday afternoons in Term 3, beginning on Friday 16th July. The cost for each session will be around the $30/week for the first five weeks. After the first five weeks, students will have qualified for their firearms safety certificate and will be eligible to apply for their firearms license if they want to. Please direct inquiries to Mr. Jared Khu at the school, either by calling the office or e-mailing jaredkhu@acc.edu.au We are proposing to hold an excursion for interested students to tour Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday, 25th August. The cost of the tour is $6 for students and $10 for adults. The tour of this historic site will provide us with the opportunity to learn about the Stadium, from its early days as a cemetery, through its time as Lang Park, to its current form as a world class facility. We will get an insight into what it takes to organise a top sporting event and gain access to areas usually reserved for the domain of stadium members, media, and elite sports men and women. Please direct inquiries to Ms. Michelle Flood at the school either by calling the office or e-mailing michelleflood@acc.edu.au Olympic Sport - Clay Target Shooting
